About Lily Tran

Lily Tran spent 34 years in Honolulu, Hawai'i before moving to Jacksonville, Florida in 2018 to continue her real estate career. Her 26 years in Hawaii's hospitality management shaped a service standard built on treating every client with the warmth and care of 'OHANA – family. Since 2018 she has closed 331 transactions across Northeast Florida, earning the 2018 Rookie of the Year award, President's Circle recognition every year from 2019 through 2025, and in 2023 Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage's most prestigious honor: Top Sales Performance in Jacksonville out of more than 2,700 agents. She ranks in the top 1.2% of roughly 12,000 agents in Northeast Florida and has been an Elite coaching client with Tom Ferry for five years. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Lily is an attentive listener who puts her clients' needs first from first showing through closing – and long after. Outside real estate she serves on her parish's finance division, runs marathons, and spends time with her husband Phillip, their sons Justin and Preston, and their Morkie, Lucky.
